These Terms govern your use of WeddingDay (the "Service"), operated by Rythmos Enterprise (the "Seller", "we", "us"), a registered sole proprietorship in Malaysia. SSM Registration Number: 003861574-A. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
WeddingDay is a digital wedding guest experience platform. We provide tools to manage wedding event information, guest lists, meal selections, seating arrangements, and a public guest lookup page.
All purchases are one-time payments per event. You select a plan, pay the listed fee, and the event is created under your account. Prices are quoted in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued once an event has been created and payment has been confirmed. This applies regardless of whether the event is used or unused, or whether guest data is entered.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we provide it on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by the Seller and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload (guest lists, event details, photos) and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected event. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
